Two-Day Program

The 2015 agenda grew to two days

For 2015, held on February 25-26 at the Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, California, the program expanded to two days to give track sessions and case studies more room.

Featured speakers that year included Dr. James Canton, CEO of the Institute for Global Futures, and Lee Cooper, VP Global Sales & Marketing at GE. Sponsors for the 2015 event included Brainshark, CallidusCloud, ClearSlide, and Lattice Engines.

The Sales Leadership Exchange agenda is organized around three complementary session formats: keynote addresses, focused track sessions, and practitioner case studies. Delegates move between plenary talks that frame the day's central themes, breakouts that explore distinct aspects of B2B sales, and customer-led work that grounds the discussion in real practice. This structure lets sales, sales operations, sales enablement, and channel sales leaders take ideas straight back to their teams rather than treating the program as a series of disconnected presentations.

Keynote sessions set the tone for the Exchange, opening each day with a broad perspective on the state of B-to-B sales and the changing expectations placed on revenue organizations. Speakers address the craft of the discipline directly, framing the practical questions that the smaller breakout discussions then pick apart. Because the keynote hall is plenary, every attendee shares the same starting point, which helps a mixed audience of practitioners and leaders align on terminology, priorities, and the challenges worth spending time on.

Track sessions and practitioner case studies fill out the program, offering deeper dives into specific areas of sales leadership. Breakouts cover distinct aspects of the discipline in manageable group sizes, while case studies put the spotlight on customer-led results and the decisions behind them. An at-a-glance schedule makes it easy to plan the day, review downloadable session materials, and locate tracks that match your role. Visitors can browse speakers, view presentations, and connect with the wider sales leadership community gathered for the Exchange.
