Stephanie Sissler is a results-oriented professional with more than 25 years of experience working for and with resellers, solution providers, two-tier distributors and manufacturers of high-tech products and services. She has expertise in all aspects of channel strategy, development and management, including building go-to-market strategies, partner program design, partner and channel account manager enablement, and designing and executing sales growth tactics.
Prior to joining SiriusDecisions, Stephanie spent 14 years at Siemens Enterprise Communications, most recently as VP of global channel marketing and operations, where she delivered a number of initiatives that helped shape the company’s global strategy and approach. She also held senior-level positions in channel sales and sales operations at Siemens and spent several years launching and driving sales of its SMB portfolio to and through channel partners in North America.
Before Siemens, Stephanie served as director of VAR sales at Fujitsu PC, VP of sales and marketing at Intelligent Electronics (a two-tier distributor now owned by Ingram Micro), and regional channel manager with Novell. She started her career in sales with Xerox and was also a minority investor in a regional VAR where she led sales and marketing. These diverse career experiences have inspired a passion for all things channel-related and given her acute insight into the workings of reseller organizations and a comprehensive understanding of how to build business value that leads to growth and increased profitability through channel partners.
Stephanie holds a MS degree in marketing from the University of Colorado and an undergraduate degree in business management from James Madison University.
