Registration/Cancellation Questions

Where do delegates go to register?

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION FEE?

ARE GROUP DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?

No we do not offer group pricing for this event.

DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE AIR TRANSPORTATION AND HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?

All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

WILL ATTENDEES RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF THEIR REGISTRATION?

Yes. After registering online, attendees will receive an automated email confirming their registration.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED FOR THE CONFERENCE FEE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Invoicing is not allowed for event attendance.

IS MY RESERVATION TRANSFERABLE?

Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until February 7, 2017. Please submit all transfer requests to sdevents@siriusdecisions.com.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
31 – 100 days prior to event: 100% refund
16 – 30 days prior to event: 50% refund
0 – 15 days prior to event: 0% refund

Travel Questions

Is there a discounted rate at the host hotel?

Yes, SiriusDecisions has secured a discounted room rate at our host hotel, The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Reservations can be booked here at the discounted rate of $309/night plus taxes and fees. Please note that this rate is available on a limited basis so we recommend you book your hotel room as early as possible.

WHAT IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT?

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is the closest airport to The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.

WHAT ARE THE DIRECTIONS TO THE HOTEL?

WHAT KIND OF WEATHER IS EXPECTED?

The average high temperature for Scottsdale in February is 69°F and the average low is 46°F. We recommend bringing a light coat or sweater for the evening hours and conference areas.

HOW SHOULD I DRESS?

Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions at SiriusDecisions 2017 Sales Leadership Exchange.

Golf Tournament Questions

WHAT IS THE SIRIUSDECISIONS 2017 SALES LEADERSHIP EXCHANGE Golf Tournament?

For the second year in a row, the Sales Leadership Exchange invites you to participate in an exciting golf outing on the first day of the event. Exact details are still To Be Announced, but the event will include a full round of golf at one of TPC Scottsdale’s championship golf courses. WHEN DOES THE SIRIUSDECISIONS 2017 SALES LEADERSHIP EXCHANGE Golf Tournament TAKE PLACE?

Golf will take place Wednesday afternoon February 22nd, just prior to the evening welcome reception of the Sales Leadership Exchange. This event is part of the SLE registration fee and can be selected during the registration process. A sample itinerary is below and we will update this information as more becomes available:

12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Event Check-In and Grab and Go Lunch
1:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. SiriusDecisions Golf Tournament
5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Sales Leadership Exchange Opening Reception

HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE SIRIUSDECISIONS 2017 SALES LEADERSHIP EXCHANGE Golf Tournament?

SiriusDecisions is including access to our 2017 SLE Golf Tournament as a part of your Sales Leadership Exchange ticket. There is no additional cost to participate. Please just select that you wish to join us for the Golf Tournament during the registration process.

HOW WILL I GAIN ACCESS TO THE VARIOUS EVENTS, KEYNOTES AND BREAKOUTS?

Your conference badge and nametag will serve as your ticket and provide you access to the events you are registered to attend. You must wear your badge at all times.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY BADGE?

If you lose your badge, you will need to go the registration desk and will be provided a new conference badge. You will be charged $100 for the replacement badge.
